Amazing Location and Exceptional Service
We stayed for 5 nights in a Superior Room, and I must say, the location was perfect, just a short stroll from Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, surprising us with thoughtful treats in our room. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a range of freshly prepared dishes. the pod coffee machine in the room could use an upgrade as the coffee quality was lacking.

Michelin-starred restaurant, exclusive lounge with city views, direct Heathrow access
Soundproofing needs significant enhancement!!! A lack of proactive communication surrounding additional fees on check-out caused confusion!!! Improvements could be made to avoid delays during check-in procedures!!!

we had a really amazin stay at the athenaeum hotel! the staff were super friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their face. our deluxe room was beautiful, very clean and comfy, and the bathroom was pretty big too. loved the little birthday cake and balloon they left for us, such a sweet touch. the location is perfect, close to green park and lots of shops!
the room service was a bit hit or miss, they didn’t come on time. also, the noise from the street was annoying sometimes.

Great choice for a city break in London with the best value. The room was very comfortable and cozy for my stay. Keep in mind that the lobby can be crowded, so plan meetings elsewhere.

A Lovely Experience in the Heart of Westminster

Location alongside a bustling thoroughfare adds excitement to the stay, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like shopping on Oxford Street. The quirky library vibe in the lobby stands out, offering a cozy spot to unwind after a day in the city.
Getting to the room involves navigating a small elevator which can be a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage. Some rooms feel slightly disconnected from the main hotel area, detracting from a seamless experience. the bathroom layout presented some awkward moments, like needing to close one door to access the other. Don't expect a wide continental breakfast selection. other hotels offer more variety and a more polished breakfast setup. A little convenience would go a long way here.

The spa was a serene oasis, perfect for unwinding. We enjoyed a fantastic view of the park from our room while indulging in their exceptional service. They sent us a delightful treat to celebrate our stay, which made it feel extra special for my teenage daughter.
My kids wished there were more activities or play areas for children.
